Refund policy

At Truvê, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Items must be returned in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the item.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please ensure that items are returned with the original labels attached. Ideally, items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure no damage.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. This refund includes the standard outbound shipping cost. Express or premium shipping upgrades are not refunded. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Second-Hand & Pre-Owned Items For second-hand or pre-owned items, any defects, wear, or imperfections that were disclosed in the product listing/image at the time of purchase are considered part of the item's condition. These disclosed characteristics do not constitute grounds for a return or refund claim.
