1. Eligibility By placing an order on Truvê, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.

2. Payment Terms All prices are displayed in EUR. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Shipping & Condition of Goods We take care to package items securely, however Truvê is not liable for damages that occur during transit. Any damages sustained during shipping must be claimed directly with the carrier. For second-hand and pre-owned items, defects or imperfections disclosed in the product listing are part of the item's described condition and do not constitute grounds for a complaint or return.

4. Returns Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Disclosed pre-existing conditions on second-hand items are excluded from return eligibility.
