Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Luxembourg & neighboring EU countries: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the EU: 5–8 business days
- International (outside the EU): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Carriers We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on destination and availability.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer, including for international orders outside the EU. The same applies to returns.
International Orders For shipments outside the EU, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Truvê has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. However, Truvê is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
